The new automatism blocks are sections that allow an even more personalized configuration of the automatism and its actions. Once a block has been created and configured, we can add it to any automatism and then use it in Capture Data.
Each block can have one or more elements. Currently an element can display a field of a normal list type or an External List. The value selected in the list can be linked to any field of a tag in order to be saved in the created/consulted document.
You can create/edit/delete blocks from the block manager, accessible both from the automatism window and directly from an already created specific automatism.
The creation of a new block can be done from the block manager as well as from the blocks section of any automatism.
From the block manager, by clicking on the icon or the name of the block, we can edit its basic information, such as the name, description, color and icon.
If you want to add, reorder or delete elements of a specific block, you can do it from two places: the block manager, clicking on the button that shows the number of elements, or from the automatism that contains the block, clicking on the gear icon that It is located next to the name of the block.
To add a block to an automatism, go to the automatism, edit it and click on "Manage Blocks". Now you can add an already created block or create a new one.
