You can create links that allow you to upload, create, modify and view documents, as well as share them with others without the need of authentication.

Through a Link you can also use all the properties that an Automatism can offer you. Anyone can use the Link without the need of authentication.

You can use a Link to collect any type of information from a group of people, for example:

  • Make a survey
  • Request documentation from third parties
  • Send a Newsletter to all your employees.

Follow these simple steps to create your first Link. The creation of a document request will be carried out through a designer in 3 parts:

1. General data

 

  • You must specify a name that will appear as a title in the link.
  • You can also provide a brief description to help the end user.
  • With the expiration date you decide until when you can use the link you have generated.
  • With the type of action you will specify the option you wish to carry out through your linK.
  • Depending on the option chosen you can choose to link one type of automation or another.
  • Selected document: In the event that the type of action involves an action on an existing document (create a version, create a document based on another, display a document), you can select which document you want to be displayed.

           You have 2 options:

  • Concrete document: Choose a document directly.
  • Show a document of the dossier: In this case, you will choose a dossier with the documento to be displayed. The way to display it will be through a new parameter in the URL of the request, so that the request is in the following format:
https://capturedata.gladtolink.com/external=`Identificadorsolicitud`&document=`Identifier document`

This is very useful if you want to generate links with dynamic documents for different people. For example, when you send an email through a trigger, you can send the link with a document identifier that you can extract with the platform calculator.

2. Page Layout.- 

You must specify a name that will appear as a title in the link.

In this section you can style and shape the page.

You will have to put corporate texts as a header, footers, success messages when launching the petition, page themes and other things.

3. Dossier Selector.- 

You must select at least one dossier where you want the generated documents to go.

Once you have created your linK, when you enter it you will find an icon as a plug in the upper right.  This icon allows you to copy the URL of your LinK.

A Link for a survey can look like this:
