“Collaboration among other users is decisive for the proper functioning of the company”
1.- First of all, create the Dossier.
Go to the Library, click the “Create Dossier” icon from the top bar and follow this link.
2.- Or find your dossier in the library and click on it
In order to find it, you can use the filters as explained in this tutorial.
Once the dossiers are displayed, click on the one you want to share, to enter it.
Within the file, on the left click on Sharing:
You can indicate for each user or group of users with whom you are going to share, what type of actions you allow them to carry out on the dossier and on the documents it contains.
