Filter Documents/Dossiers using data fields

Refine your search by the data of the fields

As you know, if you want to find a document or dossier you can use the filter with all its options:

 
  • Predefined Filters
  • Filters by dates
  • Advanced Filters
  • Tag Filters

Within the Tag Filter, you can refine your search even further, filtering by data fields. Go to the filter and add the tags you want to search for:

When a tag has a linked form, you can filter by the content of specific fields within that form. Select the field you want to filter by:

 

Click “Accept” and you will see that you can choose the data of the field to search for:

 

You can indicate that a field is filled, not filled, or must be equal to a value that you provide or different from said value. Depending on the type of field (text, numeric, etc.) you have different options: 

Now click the magnifying glass icon for your search.

You will see in the Library the document/s or dossier/s that contain the specific data in de data filed of the form assigned to the tag.

As you can see, this option allows you to filter in a very specific way so you can refine your searches to the maximum.
