The first thing to keep in mind is that most of this information is not editable by the user, it can only be modified by an administrator. The only data that a normal user can edit are the password and the profile photo.
To edit the profile of your employees, go to the “Administration” section on the left side menu, and select the “My employees” subsection. Here you have the employee manager, a window in which you can view all your employees, order them in different ways, manage their privileges and their data.
To configure the information of a user you simply have to click on the row in which it appears, and a window will be displayed where you can configure the user data.
In this window you can configure all the data regarding this employee, except for the password, which is done from the main menu. Once you have configured the profile, click on the upper right button “Save“.
In case you are an employee and want to change your profile picture or password, you will have to click on your image that appears in the left side menu. Then you will be redirected to a new window where you can view your data. To modify your password you just have to click on the icon “ ” that appears in the upper right. To change your profile photo click on your current image, and a window will appear where you can upload a new photo.
