How to obtain data from an export using Power Bi Desktop, an application that allows you to analyze data and share information.

The first step is to have a  predefined filter, in addition export configured with the data you want to obtain.

Once you have everything set up, you must obtain the export link by clicking the plug icon of the configuration window of the mentioned export.

With your export link, please go to Power Bi Desktop and use the “Get data” option.

Select the “Web” option. If it does not appear, try to look for it with the search area in the upper left section.

You will see a window where you should enter the URL obtained in a previous step.

If it’s the first time you use this functionality, a window will appear to enter your user credentials.

Go then to the “Basic” section and enter your GladToLink username and password.

In case you have already used another account, you must delete the permissions from the Power Bi Desktop configuration.

Click on the “data table” button and a dialog will appear in which you simply have to click on “Accept”.
