We have implemented a new functionality through a trigger that allows us to create a new version of a document, adding as pages, all the documents of a dossier.
You can choose among different types of triggers, depending on your needs: tag, automatism, form data, document or dossier.
Now you have to associate your trigger with an event type. In this example we have selected "Document associated with a file" but depending on the type of automatism chosen, you will have different events to associate.
You can choose to configure a trigger condition to make it run or to let it always run.
In order to configure the action of this tutorial, you must select as action type "Create a new version with documents from a file".
The only thing you need is to indicate the name of the dossier where the documents that we need to add are and the order in which they will be added in the new version. You can sort them by creation date or by name and in ascending or descending order.
