Save time tagging your documents thanks to the use of multiple tagging

You may need to tag a large number of documents that already exist in the library. Doing it individually can be a tedious process. Therefore, multiple tagging allows you to tag multiple documents at once.

How to use Multiple Tagging

To use multiple tagging go to the  Library and select the documents and/or dossiers you want to tag (use a filter in case of searching for very specific documents).

As soon as you select your documents, the multiple tagging icon will automatically appear in the upper right.

Two columns will appear: Items and Tags.

  • In the “Elements” column you will find the documents and / or dossiers you have selected. At the top right of the column there is a “+” button to select or deselect more documents and / or dossiers.
  • In the “Tags” column you can select the tag/s you want to assign to the selected elements.

Click on both the “+” and “+ Select Tags” buttons to open the “Tag Selection” menu where you can search and select the tags you want to assign. Once the tags have been selected, click “Accept“.

You will return to the “Multiple Tagging” menu. Now, in the “Tags” column, all the form fields of the tags you have selected will appear so that you can fill them in if you want to.

Finally, after having configured your tags, you only need to click “Accept” to begin the multiple tagging of your documents.
