When you want to tag documents or dossiers, the “Tag selection menu” is displayed. In this post we show you how to use it.
Go to the Library, enter a document or dossier and click “+” in the tag section to manage the tags.
Tag Selection Menu
The “Tag Selection” menu is divided into the “Filter” section and the “Unselected Tags” & “Selected Tags” section.
The filter allows you to find your tags very easily. You can search by name or by several filtering options:
You can also group the tags by owner, name or color.

Tag Selection
When you have located the tags you want to use, you will see two columns: “Tags not selected” and “Tags selected“.
To move a tag from one column to another is as simple as clicking on it.
If you want to add the tags “AÑO” and “CURSOS”, just click on each one.
And you will see how they are added to the “Selected labels” column.
In the same way, if you now want to remove the “CURSOS” tag, click on it.
The “CURSOS” tag returns to the unselected list.
Now you only have one tag in the selected list, so when you click “Accept”, the “AÑO” tag will be the only one included in the document/s and/ or dossier/s.
