The main menu

Go to Gladtolink platform and find the main menu on the left side of the page. In this menu you can navigate among different sections.

 

Within this post we review the sections, submenus and features of the side menu.

Menú lateral.

Available options

As we have already clarified, the main function of this menu is to access the different sections of the platform. Look at the list of sections you can navigate to:

Profile

At the top of the main menu you will see a separate section  that contains your name, surname, username and profile picture.

 

 

If you place your cursor over your profile picture, a pencil will appear. If you click on it, you will access “My profile” page to manage your personal profile.

Library

This section will take you to the platform’s library, which will allow you to get into the documents and dossiers to which you have access, upload documents, create dossiers, create export formats and many more features.

 

Notifications

This section will take you to the Notifications page where you can check the news that concerns you.

Create/Upload

The Create/Upload section contains subsections for different purposes:
 
  • Upload documents: A window will appear to allow you to upload document/s. See more
  • Create Dossier: A window will appear allowing you to configure and create a dossier See more
  • Generate documents: In this section you can generate documents based on templates and data that you have already configured.

Tags

Tags section is divided into the following subsections:

  • Tags: Here you have the main page to view your current tags, You can also create and configure new ones.
  • Forms: This page has a  view to your current forms. You can also create, modify and delete forms or their fields.
  • Listas: Page where you can view your current value lists. You can also create, modify or delete lists, as well as add/configure the values ​​and assign a form.
  • Documents flow: Page where you can visualize your current document flows. You can also create, configure and delete each of the components of the flow (Name of the flow, States and Transitions).

Automatisms

An automatism is the tool that manages the workflow of your documents. It is divided into the following sections:

  • Mobile Automatisms: The main page for the creation and management of automatisms. See more
  • Triggers:  The page where to create and manage the triggers associated to automatisms.
  • Templates: Page to create and manage the PDF o XML templates.
  • My integrations: This section will address you to the page where to configure and manage the integrations.

Teamwork

With the following subsections:
  • My groups: It directs you to the page for the creation and management of groups on the platform. See more
  • My contacts: It directs you to the page that shows your current contacts and it allows you to add new ones.
  • My invitations: It directs you to the page that shows the invitations pending of contact request and also allows you to send contact requests.
  • My privileges: It directs you to the page that allows you to create and manage user privileges or user groups.
  • My links: It directs you to the page to create, modify or delete dynamic Gladtolink links. See more

Administration

Administration contains “My business” section that will direct you to the page to configure the profile of our company (In case of being an administrator) and “My employees” section to navigate to the employee management page.

Log out

At the bottom of the main menu you will find the Gladtolink logo next to an arrow icon. If you press this icon you will log out and return to the Log in option.

Hide the side menu

As you can see, on the different pages of the platform there is an icon with three horizontal bars stacked.

You can hide the main menu and/or show it again by pressing this button.
